We are please to announce that three more sections of the main layout are near completion. Near completion because no model railroad section is ever totally finished  The sections are:

• Logging camp and sawmill with closed loop logging line
  • Designed and modeled by Fred Kaiser and Chuck Polacek

• Power plant with a special surprise just for this week's open house
  • Designed and modeled by Dave Stone

• Wisconsin Dells area train station
  • Designed and modeled by Neil Frost and Jim Rogan

In addtion to the modules mentioned above we displayed our completed one-trak end loop module depicting an active midwest dairy farm. This module was designed and modeled by Phil Schoenthal

They will be available for viewing at our open house held April 9th and 10th. Come see the layout ,talk about trains and see trains in operation. More Information on open house

We will be diaplaying our One-Track portable layout at the Southland Model Railroad Show held at Richards High School, Oak Lawn IL on:
Saturday Oct. 15th, 2011
Sunday Oct. 16th, 2011
